Welcome to Ladore. By accessing our website www.ladore-boutique.com and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through www.ladore-boutique.com, operated by Maloa Ecom.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products.
  • A binding contract is only formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing or description errors
    • Payment authorisation issues

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency available for your region (including applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated).
  • We accept multiple secure payment methods. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
  • Full payment is required before an order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery times: Vary depending on your country and courier. Estimated delivery ranges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • While we strive to meet delivery times, delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to ship the item back.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties or import charges on the return shipment are also payable by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Warranty & Product Conformity

  • All products are guaranteed to meet general consumer rights and product safety standards applicable in your country of purchase.
  • If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

8. Product Information

  • We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
  • Slight variations in colour or size may occur due to display differences or manufacturing tolerances.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All original content on www.ladore-boutique.com (images, text, logos, graphics) is the property of Maloa Ecom and protected by copyright.
  • Licensed content from third parties (e.g., stock images) remains the property of the respective rights holders.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maloa Ecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
  • Depending on your country of residence, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under local laws.
  • In case of disputes, we encourage resolution through customer service first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
