- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs
- We currently offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide.
- No hidden fees will be added at checkout.
- Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your parcel any time through our Tracking Page or directly on the courier’s website.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, please note that delays caused by customs checks, courier issues, postal strikes, or severe weather are outside our control.
- If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
7. Incorrect Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
- If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@leonismaretti.com.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) with photos of the item and packaging.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
