  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time (Transit)

  • Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Typical delivery ranges:
    • Europe: 5–9 business days

    • North America: 7–12 business days

    • Asia & Oceania: 8–15 business days

    • Rest of World: 10–18 business daysDeliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, and local postal services.


3. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: Depends on destination (see above)
  • Estimated total: Between 6–18 business days from the date of purchase

4. Shipping Costs

  • We currently offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide.
  • No hidden fees will be added at checkout.
  • Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your parcel any time through our Tracking Page or directly on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, please note that delays caused by customs checks, courier issues, postal strikes, or severe weather are outside our control.
  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@leonismaretti.com.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) with photos of the item and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
