RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Ladore and shipped worldwide.
At Ladore, customer satisfaction is important to us. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The return must include the order number or proof of purchase.
Ladore reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, including but not limited to:
- stains
- odours
- washing
- damage
- removal of tags or labels
- alterations
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number.
- Customers may optionally include the reason for the return, which helps our team review and process the return request as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the designated return address.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customers may choose their own shipping carrier.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ladore cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.
The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it is received and confirmed by Ladore.
5. INTERNATIONAL RETURN FACILITY
Returns are processed through Ladore’s designated international return processing facility located in China.
The exact return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is correctly addressed according to the instructions provided.
Ladore cannot be held responsible for returns sent to incorrect or unauthorised addresses.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- your order number
- clear photographic evidence
If the issue is confirmed, Ladore will:
- cover the return shipping cost, and
- offer either a replacement or a full refund.
7. RETURN SHIPPING DEADLINE
After a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Returns shipped after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
8. REFUNDS
All returned items are inspected upon arrival before any refund is issued.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- the refund will be issued to the original payment method
- processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved.
9. NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS
The following costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

Ladore does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to obtain a different item must:
- return the original item
- place a new order
11. RETURN ABUSE
Ladore reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated excessive returns.
